FAQ about Click & Collect

Where do I collect my shopping?

At Greenwood Furniture's Warehouse which is located around the back of the business park. Once you arrive to collect your furniture you will be escorted to the warehouse; you can also check your confirmation email which will show you where you need to go.

What proof of ID do I need to bring?

Please bring your order number or the credit card you used online to pay for the goods. If you do not have either of these we will accept your photo ID. Unfortunately we will be unable to give you the shopping without any of these forms of ID.

Can somebody else collect my shopping for me?

Yes, if they have a copy of the confirmation email with order number. Unfortunately without this we will not be able to give them the shopping.

When can I collect my shopping?

Monday to Saturday between 10am and 6pm.

How much does it cost?

Click & Collect service is now free, so all you'll pay is the price of your goods.

Is a normal car ok for collections?

This depends on the size of your goods, whether or not you have decided upon assembly and what size car you drive. Generally, a small car is not sufficient for collection of anything bigger than a small locker or 4ft headboard. The bigger the vehicle the better. We reccomend you avail of our delivery services if your goods are too large for your car. Our couriers are specially trained to look after your goods and to make sure no damage arises in transit. If you have a van or truck, you are welcome to collect your goods in these vehicles, however, please be aware that damage in transit that arises after you have collected your goods is not the responsibility of Greenwood Furniture Ltd.

What happens if something I have ordered is not available?

On the rare occasion that a product you order is not available we'll try to offer you an alternative. You can hand back any unwanted items to the member of staff at the collection point for a full refund. You can update your substitution preferences by clicking on 'View full basket' as you shop.

What do I do if I'm not happy with the substitute I am given or would like an item refunded?

Your substitutions will be presented at the top of the receipt. If you choose to return the substitution the customer service assistant will process a refund at the collection point. You will need to go into the store if you would like to choose an alternative product.
